Sis. Jyotsna Paul

Sis. Jyotsna Paul, hails from an highly respected Christian family in the Northern part of India. Christianity in the northern India is restricted to few small pockets in selected cities and towns, thus leaving a great part of the Northern plains unevangelized, which has been a great challenge to the Indian Churches. Great efforts are being taken by various organizations and Churches to evangelize and plant churches in this region. News of persecution, opposition and banning of evangelical activities are being  reported mainly from this region.

Sis. Jyotsna Paul was born and brought up in UP, a hot bed of antichristian activities. She was a teacher by profession, and teaching was her passion. During the 1980’s, she began to evangelize and visit people during her free time. It was during this period the Lord began to mould and build her up through various circumstances. In the year 1991, she resigned her teaching profession and began her ministry.

Many Christians discouraged her from stepping into the full time ministry. The call was so strong, the situations and circumstances could not deter her from pursuing the call of God. Having no mentor or guide, she completely depended upon the Holy Spirit to be her Senior-Partner, guide, mentor and teacher in the ministry. From then on we have seen God opening great avenues, do mighty miracles. There were hardships and trials all along the way but the Lord helped her though all thick and thin. She has been used as a Prophetess and an Evangelist.
